Seeing a Received Friend Request
Snapchat is distinct from other social networking applications in that there are several methods to add friends. However, what about sending friend requests?
When you send a Snapchat friend request, the recipient will receive a notification. Your name will appear in their “Added me” area, where they will have the option to accept or decline your request.
But what should you do if you wish to withdraw the friend request? Snapchat does not have a distinct place for sending friend requests, as it does for receiving them.
However, deleting a submitted friend request is still simple. Simply navigate to their profile and touch the “Add” button once more. That’s all it takes to cancel the friend request.
Adding Friends on Snapchat
